01 / FIND YOUR SWIM

Choose a water.
Settle into a peg.

Select a water on the Willow Isles map, then press Travel. Pick a peg and fishing style, and make sure you have bait ready.

Fern Pool is the free starting water. Its tutorial introduces the game’s controls before opening Willowmere Pond.

02 / MAKE YOUR CAST

Your phone does the casting.

With motion controls enabled, follow the casting prompt and move your phone to cast. On desktop, or if you prefer buttons, use the on-screen cast control.

Cast strength and your equipment affect how far your float or rig lands. Before casting, press the bait icon to choose from the bait you own.

03 / WATCH, THEN STRIKE

Wait for the right moment.

Keep an eye on your float, feeder tip or bite alarm. A nibble isn’t always a bite. When the game signals a take, strike with the phone movement or on-screen button.

04 / BRING IT HOME

Keep the tension.
Enjoy the fight.

For reel-based methods, circle clockwise around the winding handle. Watch line tension and the fish’s energy, and ease off when you need to.

Pole fishing has its own rhythm: add pole sections, then counter the fish’s pull with phone tilt or the thumb control until it tires.

Your landed catch earns gold and experience. Personal bests go into your records, and your Journal gradually reveals what you’ve discovered.
